IACL.Registration.Volume

[edu.jhu.ece.iacl.plugins.registration.MedicAlgorithmFLIRT]

Description

Global registration algorithm based on FLIRT.

Notes

Finds a linear transformation bringing the source volume into the space of the target volume. Degrees of freedom can be specified. This is a wrapper around MIPAV's implementation of FLIRT.
