Linear Registration algorithm based on FLIRT (registers a collection of images to the target).


Notes

Linear Registration algorithm based on FLIRT (registers a collection of images to the target). Finds a linear transformation bringing the source volume into the space of the target volume. Degrees of freedom can be specified.
