Description

CEST asymmetry mapping
Calculates the assymetry of the Z-spectrum at a given offset wrt water
Inputs are:
4-D volume containing the MT dataset (including the unweighted volume as the first volume (V0))
3-D volume resulting from the WASSR frequency offset module
.txt file containing a list with the frequency offsets with respect to the water frequency.
Alternatively, you can create a list with frequency offsets using the frequency offset and number of steps.This assumes that the CEST scan performed [nsteps] frequency offsets with frequencies ranging from -[offset] to +[offset].
Any set text file has priority over this method.
